- Kenji Horiuchi is Assistant Professor at Global-COE Program of Waseda University. He is Lecturer at Rissho University, and Adjunct Researcher in Overseas Legislative Information Division, Research and Legislative Reference Bureau, National Diet Library. He earned PhD in social sciences from Waseda University in 2006. His specialties are International relations in Northeast Asia, Politics in Russian Far East, Center-Regional Relations in Russia. His recent publications include International Cooperation and Regional Governments in the Russian Far East: Analysis of the Center-Regional Relations, Tokyo: Kokusai Shoin, 2008 (in Japanese), Vladivostok: Twenty Years of Trouble and Hope, Tokyo: Toyo Shoten, 2010 (in Japanese).
