CV: 早稲田大学アジア太平洋研究センター研究院助教。１９９９年、上智大学外国語学部にて修士課程修了、２００３年バーミンガム大学（英国）にて博士課程修了（同年、学位取得）。２００３年より南洋工科大学（シンガポール）研究員、２００７年よりブリストル大学（英国）リサーチアソシエート、２００９年１２月より現職。専門は、アジア太平洋の地域協力と、東南アジア諸国連合（ASEAN）の外交。著作は、ASEAN's Cooperative Security Enterprise: Norms and Interests in the ASEAN Regional Forum, Basingstoke: Palgrave MacMillan, 2009（単著）、People's ASEAN and Governments' ASEAN, Singapore: RSIS, 2007（See Seng Tanと共編)、Beyond Iraq: the Future of World Order, Singapore: World Scientific, 2011（Amitav Acharyaと共編）など。内外の学会誌に論文を発表。Review of International Studies (Vol. 37, Issue 2, 2011), The Pacific Review (Vol. 22, No. 5, 2009 and Vol. 19, No. 2, 2006), International Relations of the Asia-Pacific (Vol. 6, Issue 2, 2006), Asian Survey (Vol. 44, No. 2, 2004), Contemporary Southeast Asia (Vol. 25, No. 1, 2003), and Asian Journal of Political Science (Vol. 11, No. 1, 2003).
