In order to understand the US government's policy and views on Asian regional integration,it is indispensable to find materials from both the administrations side and the congress side. The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill has collected all the publications and interview transcripts about Senate Foreign Relations Committee. Chairman Jesse Helms and important committe papers. National Archives and the Library of Congress collect the administrations policy initiatives and congressional publications as well.
